Thank you for you interest in a vendor booth at the 2026 USBCHA and ABCA National Sheepdog Finals, Sept. 29 – Oct. 4, 2026, at the Lazy Spade Ranch, west of Alturas, CA.

 

Booth space will be available in our vendor tent for selected suppliers of products and services related to the trials theme. Dog supplies, ranch and farm supplies and equipment, appropriate arts and crafts, and clothing would fit this audience.

 

Booth rental will be $150 if paid by April 1, 2026, $175 if paid by June 1, 2026, and $195 after June 1, 2026, for the entire six days of the trial for a 10’ x 10’ space in one of the tents. Repeat vendors from last year receive a $25 discount if signed up by April 1, 2026. One 6’ table will be provided with each booth space. Additional tables are available for $20 each.
 

Contact us for details if you require an outside space (trailer, equipment, car dealers, etc.). Exhibitors in the trade show will be frequently mentioned in our promotional efforts. We anticipate a sizable crowd for this event and look forward to hosting a high-quality, impressive trade show.
 

The event runs Tuesday, Sept. 29 – Sun., Oct. 4, 2026. Vendors are welcome to set up for the duration of the event, but only required to be in attendance Fri., Oct 2 – Sun., Oct 4, 2026. The vendor tent opens for business by 9:30 am – 4:00 pm daily (or when the last dog runs, whichever comes first); booths that are set up are asked to be staffed as much as
possible during open business hours.
 

Vehicles can access the tent for drop-off/pick-up on Monday, Sept 28; noon to dark. Or until 7:30 am each morning and after the trial finishes each day.
 

Booth space will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. All booths must be approved by the Trade Show committee. The deadline for space reservations is August 23, 2026. Booth rental is due with the application and should be made out to the Modoc National Sheepdog Finals.
